Lenexa provides access to free, unlimited mulch for residents throughout the year. The mulch consists of ground tree material that citizens and city crews have collected.
The mulch is located outside the Municipal Services Operations Center gates at 7700 Cottonwood. Residents are responsible for loading and hauling.
