Inspection lead times vary depending upon workload. All inspections except for inspections to pour concrete, commercial finals and occupied homes, are scheduled through the Connect 2000 Automated Line at 913.477.7777.

- Storm Drain/Sewer (inspected by Johnson County Wastewater, 913.715.8500)
- Rough-in Electrical (include above ceiling)
- Rough-in Framing
- Rough-in HVAC (include above ceiling)
- Rough-in Plumbing (include above ceiling)
- Permanent Electrical Service
- Kitchen Hood/Flue
- Gas Pressure Test
- Sheetrock/ Screw Pattern (firewalls before taping)
- Elevator Shaft
- Elevator Acceptance Test
- Driveway/Sidewalk (Both must be approved by Construction/Engineering Services. Call 913.477.7665.)
- HVAC Smoke Test (prior to final inspection)
- Final Occupancy / Landscape (including re-inspections)
